Quotes, proofs and payment

Requesting a team quote does not take payment. Review the selected product, colours, names, numbers, quantity, delivery details, currency and final total before placing an order. Production follows approval of the production proof.

Personalisation and order changes

Check all spellings and numbers carefully. Contact us promptly if you need a correction or have a problem with an item. The full store terms explain personalisation errors, cancellations, returns and complaints.
